Biography
Justin Aragosa is an Associate Attorney at Pattison, Sampson, Ginsberg & Griffin, PLLC, where he focuses his practice on landlord-tenant matters, commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, business formation, municipal defense, and land use.
Mr. Aragosa concurrently serves as a Warrant Officer in the New York Army National Guard, where he has served for over a decade, including two overseas deployments. That experience developed a disciplined, results-oriented approach that he carries into every client matter.
Mr. Aragosa received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in December 2024, where he served as an Article Editor for the Government Law Review and as Chair of the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials and Chair of the Donna Jo Morse Client and Negotiations Competition for the Anthony V. Cardona Moot Court Program.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, and gained additional experience at the Office of the New York State Attorney General. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in November 2025.
Mr. Aragosa is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Irish American Bar Association of NY and lifetime member of the National Italian American Bar Association.
