Not all legal activity is prohibited by the applicable eviction moratoriums!

The eviction moratorium resulting from COVID19 has left Landlords in a very precarious position. According to Yahoo finance 6.5 million renter households are behind on their rent with almost 72% of them owing money to small “Mom and Pop” landlords.
Landlords are caught between tenants who are refusing to pay rent, although still being employed, and the eviction moratoriums at the Federal and State level. Landlord debt is skyrocketing as a result of decreased revenue and the inability to pay loans on the properties.
In New York State LANDLORDS ARE NOT HELPLESS!
Not all legal activity is prohibited by the applicable moratoriums and with a tested and proven legal strategy, during COVID, the law firm of Pattison Sampson Ginsberg & Griffin has helped our landlord clients evict tenants, collect unpaid rents from tenants and defended such landlords against false claims of illegal Covid eviction.
WE CAN HELP YOU TOO.
